I tried to use Att nano sim card on verizon V10, it showed the massage that "The sim card is not verizon ", and don't have any service. I called the verizon cs, they told me all the phones are unlocked. Anyone know why? Thanks

Only assumed you input Att APN

?

I don't know if these devices carry multiple radios. Meaning, I don't know if a device using CDMA (Verizon) will work on a GSM (AT&T)

I did see some extra settings if you go to
Settings>more (under wireless networks)>mobile networks>system select

Might have to change that yourself? Can't say for sure but it's worth a shot.

I just got this phone and I'm using it on Cricket, which is AT&T now, and it's pretty well for the most part. I can't send or recieve MMS when I'm connected to wifi, and can't get LTE to save my life (I expected that though) but other than that, I've had no problems

You ever get this to work on ATT? Thinking of switching myself.

Why did you not just purchase the AT&T V10 if you needed it to work on AT&T ?

Yes, the V10 from verizon has cdma and gsm capabilities. Im on Cricket this month, and it gets good service and 4G HSPA+ but not LTE. I'm in this thread trying to remove the "sim card is not from verizon." Does anyone have a bone they can throw me?

Change the settings to LTE/GSM/UMTS to get reliably better internet, just saying

No, the T-Mobile V10 dose not support CDMA or have the correct radios for Verizon.

I was able to get the "sim card is not from verizon" to go away, permanently without root.

You go to your settings, applications manager, then go to all, and scroll until you see two "phone" apps. I stopped the second "phone" app, and deleted It's data and the offending message went away and has not come back since, several days ago and has lasted past a reboot.

If this works for you too, hit the thanks button:)

Try these pics, they are from inside application manager from my Verizon S6 Edge+, but it is the exact same idea for the V10 with a slightly different visual look. (And for some reason there's a third phone app, disregard that also)

Did you try that for both phone apps?

I can't find the "all" option, or a "phone" app in application manager. Closest thing I could find was phone/messaging service. Am I missing something?

Most likely there has been a software update that changed things. Do this though, when you get the notification, long press it and it will give you the app name. Then press the"i" for info and see if you can clear the storage (don't if it's something like system UI which you probably can't anyway).
